We would like to summarize what has happened during the long maintenance we are getting through. Please read carefully and if you have any questions please contact our support team by opening a ticket or sending an email to support@supportindeed.com.
Yesterday, Jan 18 at about 14:30 GMT the storage containing the user data suffered slow performance and several of the hard disks on some of the servers have been affected by a hardware failure. Our team of administrators has been trying to identify the problem and recover the situation since then.
We have tried to identify the hardware storage problems, but since the hard disks recovery was not performing fast, we decided to launch a temporary version of the affected user data from another server. The user data that was used to keep the online presence of the affected websites was taken from the recent backups we have. Some of you might have noticed in the last hours that their files are not the latest ones. The reason is that affected hard disks are in a process of recovery and accounts have been bound to work with the latest and fastest backup copy we have.
Currently we are doing force recovery of the affected hard disks to restore the original data from yesterday. Once this is done we shall reinstate the data and continue normal service function. Unfortunately expected time for service recovery cannot be specified because it is depends on the hard disks hardware failures.
